Džiovintų vaisių ir uogų kompotas

Kada paskutinį kartą gėrėte kompotą? Aš, kol nesusilaukiau vaiko, buvau tokį dalyką iš vis pamiršusi. Tiesa, ligoninėje ir darželyje tie kompotai tokie patys kaip ir mano vaikystėje – permatomi, praskiesti, su keliomis razinomis stiklinės dugne. Fui! O išvirti paprastą, bet laaaaabai skanų kompotą namie galima iš bet ko. Pas mane visada pilna tai vienokių, tai kitokių džiovintų vaisių, taigi verdu iš jų. Recepto galėtų ir nebūti, nes čia nėra nei proporcijų, nei kažkokių taisyklių, bet tiems, kuriems labai reikia, prašau:

Reikės:

Džiovintų vaisių ir uogų, pvz., geros saujos obuolių, saujelės spanguolių, kelių slyvų, kelių abrikosų. Žinoma, tinka ir razinos. Galite virti vien iš razinų. Arba iš visko po truputį – čia jau kaip fantazija veiks :) Aš dedu kokias 3 saujas džiovintų gėrybių į 3 litrų puodą.
Šlakelio citrinos sulčių
Jei mėgstate saldžiau – kokio šaukšto cukraus
Cinamono lazdelės, kelių gvazdikėlių
Vandens, pilu apie 1,5 litro.

Viską sumetate į puodą ir verdate kokį, hmm, pusvalandį. Galite pilti citrinos sulčių (aš pilu, nes man gaiviau), gali nepilti. Galite dėti cukraus, galite nedėti. Aš kartais įdedu cukruoto imbiero kelis gabaliukus ir šiaip nevengiu įmesti cukatų ar įdomesnių vaisių – džiovintų papajų ar greipfrutų. Viskas tik duoda savito skonio. Vienintelis patarimas – nedėkite daug slyvų, nes jos labai užgožia kitus vaisius. Jei jau norite vidurius laisvinančio kompoto, geriau virkite vien jas atskirai :)

Išvirusį kompotą ragaukite, dar pasaldinkite arba parūgštinkite. Arba nedarykite nieko. Jei iškart visko neišgersite, išimkite cinamono lazdelę. Aš kurį laiką laikau kompotą puode su visais vaisiais, o nakčiai perkošiu ir statau į šaldytuvą.

Beje, tikro, drumsto, ką tik išvirto kompoto nesugebėjau nufotografuoti apetitiškai. Nelabai ir stengiausi :))
