Aš irgi moku gaminti
2008-04-05BLOGin konferencijos metu Vienastoks savo pranešime paminėjo, kad reikia rašyti apie tai, kas domina. O valgio ruošimas mane domina ir netgi patinka. Tiesa, jei turėčiau savo svajonių virtuvę, turbūt patiktų dar labiau. Idėja rašyti apie tai, ką gaminu, jau buvo kilusi ir anksčiau, tiesiog dabar tai prisiruošiau padaryti.
Todėl atidarau naują – receptų – puslapį savo bloge. Nerašysiu apie maistą taip išsamiai, kaip Dovilė, bet gal neapsiribosiu ir trumpais receptais. Noriu ne tik parašyti, kad skanu ir kokių produktų reikia, bet ir patarimų. Tos pačios konferencijos metu tas pats Vienastoks minėjo, kad reikia rašyti ne sau, ne visiems, o kažkam. Tą kažką galiu įvardyti labai konkrečiai: tai mano brangiausiasis. Kai aš paburbu, kad jis man nepadaro valgyti, jis atšauna: “O aš nemoku! Parašyk savo bloge, kaip daryti, kad žinočiau, ir pagaminsiu”.
Dar paskatino jauniausias darbe kolega, paprašęs manęs kokio nors lengvo recepto. Kai visą vakarą siuntinėjo MMS’us apie tai, kaip jam sekasi, labai juokiausi iš vyriškais gabalais papjaustyto kumpio. Po to klausė: “O tavo bloge nėra receptų?”. “Nėra…”, – sakau. Po to pagalvojau: “Velnias, bet juk seniai noriu, kad būtų”.
Tai štai ir bus. Neturiu laiko ypatingiems eksperimentams ir nemėgstu labai aštraus maisto (manau, kad per didelis kiekis čili užgožia visą skonį, o ir verkti valgydama nemėgstu), todėl čia nebus kažko ypatingo. Tiesiog tie dalykai, kuriuos esu gaminusi bent kelis kartus ir man pavyko. Juk tuomet galiu patvirtinti, kad skanu ir patarti. Be to, nors dauguma mano skaitytojų vyrų teigia mokantys gaminti ir darantys tai labai dažnai, atsižvelgsiu ir į tuos, kurie moka tik kiaušinienės išsikepti, o iš parduotuvės išeina apsikrovę virtinukų maišeliais. Todėl nepatingėsiu parodyti, kaip išsivirti, pvz., manų košę.

2008-04-05 19:55Prieš 1,5 metų vienas vaikinas mokė mane virti manų košę. Buvo šiek tiek gėda. Bet, turiu prisipažinti, iki šiol savarankiškai jos ir neišvirčiau. Galbūt būtų kitaip, jei mėgčiau manų košę arba turėčiau vaikų. Anyway, laukiu naujos rubrikos :)
