Viskas. Kebabus kepsiu pati.
2007-10-30Ne taip seniai Sauliaus bloge skaičiau apie tai, kaip „Oranžinis baras“ atbaido savo klientus. Kadangi pietų metu sukiojausi VCUP’e, tai nusprendžiau ten užsukti. Tiesiog norėjau kebabų. Juos valgiusi esu tik Vokietijoje (Lietuvoje kažkaip nedrįsau), taigi buvo įdomu. Deja, Saulius buvo teisus…
Kol prieis padavėja, laukiau 10 minučių. Tuo metu stebėjau, kaip ji laukia eilėje prie kasos aparato. Juk tuo metu galėjo išklausyti mano užsakymą. Savo gėrimą gavau praėjus dar 10 minučių. Barmenei tiesiog reikėjo atkimšti buteliuką kolos, argi tai trunka taip ilgai?
Na, o paties kebabo laukiau dar 25 minutes. Taigi, nuo atėjimo iki kebabo laikymo rankose praėjo 45 minutės. Bent jau susiprotėjau sąskaitos paprašyti dar net nepradėjusi valgyti, kitaip būtų tekę laukti dar 15 minučių. Man labai nepatinka aptarnavimas „Mambo“ (jis vis dar normalus tik Gedimino prospekte), bet juk čia ne pica, tik kebabas!
Kadangi sėdėjau prie pat virtuvės (ir dabar sėkmingai smardinu redakciją kebabų kvapu), stebėjau kepėjų darbą. Neįsivaizdavau, kad sulaukiant tiek klientų galima pusę laiko praleisti pliurpiant su pažįstamais.
Pati nedirbau nei padavėja, nei kepėja ar virėja, todėl negaliu objektyviai vertinti jų darbo. Visgi manau, kad bent jau pietų metu reikėtų pasistengti labiau. Įdomu, ar tas vaikinas, sėdėjęs prie gretimo staliuko vis dar pažaliavęs laukia savo kebabo?
Viskas, savaitgalį bandysiu išsikepti kebabą pati. Kaip ten gausis, nežinau, bet turbūt bus daug greičiau. Ir gal net skaniau, nes „Oranžinio baro“ skanėstas man buvo per sausas ir be skonio.

2007-10-30 17:03Lietuvių kebabas -tai tas pats , kas būtų cepelinai kur nors Tunise. Arba Vokietijoje :) Kartą teko iš mandagumo girti cepelinus, kuriuos pagamino vokietė, o pati galvojau, kad tuoj nuo jų bus bloga :)

2007-10-30 19:40Na Zarasuose galima greit bent keliuose kioskuose tų kebabų nusipirkt. Valgo, sako skanūs ir nieks nenumirė dar.
O dėl aptarnavimo panašiai buvo akropoly čili picoj, ten kur antram aukšte prieš ledo areną. Nuėjom, 10 min. kol atėjo padavėja, 15min kol atnešė spraito (spaitas – tik į puodelius supilt ir viskas) ir šakutes, 30 kol atsirado ir pica (mažiausio dydžio). Kažkaip nesitiki , kad jai pagamint reik tiek laiko. Visgi žmonės keičiasi pastoviai, orkaitės papildomai kaitint nereik…

2007-10-30 20:40Tikrai skanūs kebabai, imho, yra Klaipėdoje prie Lietuvininkų aikštės arba (top #1) prie naujo turgaus. Vilniuj bene vienintelė vieta kur galima valgyt yra Oranžinis (neskubantiems) ir neseniai atsidaręs taškas prie VU MIF, Naugarduko gatvėj. Visur kitur kiek teko ragaut tai ne kebabas, o kopūstai su biški keptos mėsos.

2007-11-05 0:25kaip tik norėjau apie skanius klaipėdietiškus kebabus rašyt:) kaip yra Vokietijoje nežinau, bet Stambule jie įspūdžio nepaliko. O turbūt patį skaniausia įveikiau kažkur Lenkijoj(gal skaniausias buvo todėl, kad tuo metu buvau tiesiog išbadėjęs:))
