Lietuva “Second Life”
2007-12-11Visai neseniai Estija atidarė savo ambasadą internetiniame žaidime “Second Life“, apie kurį esu rašiusi anksčiau. Iškart pagalvojau, kad Lietuva ten bus turbūt tik po kelerių metų. Ir štai naujiena: “Omnitel” jau šiandien popiet atidarys savo erdvę žaidime. Tai bus Lietuvos formos sala su bendrovės kupolu.
Spaudos konferencijoje “Omnitel” atstovai tikino, kad sukūrę Lietuvos valstybės formos salą, padarė didelį darbą visai šaliai, mat iki šiol lietuviai žaidime neturėjo savo kampo. Tai iš dalies tiesa: vienas šalis reprezentuoja valdžia, kitas – įvairios įmonės. Kad tai yra didžiulis indėlis į naują reklamos pateikimo būdą (sumos neatskleidė), paminėti “Omnitel” pamiršo. Žinoma, jie neslėpė, kad vėliau savo saloje “Second Life” pristatinės prekes ir paslaugas.
Kol kas ten galima užauginti savo ąžuolą su juokinga vovere drevėje ir inkilu, paplaukioti valtimi, pažiūrėti 3 minutes iš A. Matelio filmo “Skrydis per Lietuvą arba 510 sekundžių tylos”, pasipuošti “Omnitel” kepure ir vėliavėle. Tiesą sakant, tikėjausi daugiau. Žinoma, bendrovė tik eksperimentuoja, tačiau susidarė toks įspūdis, kad ji iki galo nesuvokia, į kokią milžinišką erdvę žengia.
Kiekvienas apsilankęs “Omnitel” saloje (žaidimo paieškoje įrašyti “Omnitel” arba tiesiog spausti čia) gali nemokamai auginti savo medį. Vietų kol kas yra išskirta tik 100. Garantuoju, kad laisvo ploto neliks jau poros dienų, kai visos žiniasklaidos priemonės praneš apie lietuvišką kampą “Second Life”. Juk daug kas norės išbandyti, ką sukūrė saviškiai. Be to, virtualaus pasaulio teikiamų galimybių išlepintiems žmonėms pramogų lietuviškoje saloje tikrai trūks. Manau, kad prisistatymas žaidime turėtų būti kiek pompastiškesnis ir spalvingesnis, nei yra dabar.
Be visos kritikos, šį sprendimą reiktų ir pagirti. Lietuva nebebus tokia atsilikusi internetinių technologijų srityje ir niekas negalės sakyti: va, Estija yra “Second Life”, o Lietuva – ne. Be to, jei “Omnitel” šis eksperimentas pasiteisins, galime žaidime laukti ir kitų mobiliojo ryšio tiekėjų ar didesnių firmų, kurios norės būti “arčiau žmogaus”. Tuo labiau, kad viskas trunka gana greitai. Nes jei “Omnitel” nemeluoja, nuo idėjos iki produkto sukūrimo praėjo vos pusantro mėnesio.

2007-12-11 14:07Kiek teko girdėti, tai anksčiau savo atstovybę sukūrė Švyturys, tik kad nepavyko SL’e rasti :)
Pranešimus spaudai glaima rasti Delfi svetainėje.
Savo ruožtu Omnitel linkiu pasimokyti iš Vodafone ir kitų gigantų bandančių pristatyti savo ženklą ir prekes SL’e. Kiek buvau užėjęs į jų parduotuves, tiek tuščia ;)
Nemanau, kad SL eksperimentas pasiteisins, ypač kai man, norinčiam užeiti į bet kurią SL parduotuvę, reikia parsisiųsti programą, ją suinstaliuoti (jei kompiuteriui užtenka galingumo), prisiregistruoti ir vėliau rasti tą parduotuvę. Ne per daug vargo? Atrodo, kad ten daugiau marketingo skyriai įdeda pajėgumų nei vartotojai noro.
O dėl virtualaus pasaulio galimybių?
Hm įdomu ką jis duoda daugiau negu nevirtualus?
SL net nepriartėja prie offline atitikmens, tik išplečia steigėjo — Linden Research — laboratorinius pajėgumus, leidžiant žmonems savo noru susikonvertuoti į laboratorines žiurkes. Žmones gali pasireikšti perkeldami offline biznio modelis, tačiau kažko naujo kol kas neišgirdau.
Ir žinoma, kad dizaineriams su pradedančiais architektais yra kur pasireikšti :) SL jiems gali tapti puikia promo aikštele.

2007-12-11 15:06Nieko ten TOKIO :) Bet kažkodėl visi ten veržiasi. Jei turėčiau didelę bendrovę, turbūt surizikuočiau apgyvendinti ją “Second Life” (visgi didžiulė reklama), tačiau asmeniškai mirkti tokiame žaidime man ne prie širdies.

Nerašiau nieko pats, nes nesinaudoju tarnyba ir nepažįstu nė vieno besinaudojančio, bet galite pasiskaityti plačiau Novum (labiau entuziastingai) ir Internetas_Lt (labiau kritiškai) įrašuose. Miela Omnitel, jei nori parklupdyti tautą kaip per mišias, geriau atsivežk iPhone. [...]

2007-12-12 8:14Aš irgi vakar perkaičiau šitą naujieną. Įdomu, įdomu. Ąžuolus auginti, sakote? Gal ir nieko reklama. Vien Lietuvos formos salelė yra gera idėja, bet visas tas SL.. kiek ieškojau žmonių, kad pranešimą paskaitytų, visi sakė, kad pažaidę vos mėnesį, ar du – metė.

2008-01-29 22:35na as ta zaidima isjunges, nieko nesupratau, bet isizaidus visai nieko galima prispirkt voskiu ginklu, galiu ieti su kitais kvot zmonem, siaip tyrinet galima pasauly, su zmonem bendraut(lavint anglu kalba), grafika gera, tik kad kmpo gero reik, ir neto kad viska greit uzrautu.
