Vis negerai ir negerai
2010-07-02Labiausiai man patinka mūsų Vyriausybės argumentai, kodėl BŪTINA mažinti visokias pašalpas ir išmokas. Ogi todėl, kad turtingos Europos šalys jau akmens amžiuje taip yra padariusios. Pvz., motinystės/tėvystės atostogų tėvai išleidžiami tik pusmečiui ir tik už tokį laiko tarpą valstybė moka pinigus iš biudžeto. O lietuviai – pižonai! Atostogauja sau 2 metus ir dar burba, kad pinigų mažai.
Taip taip, aš jau seniai sakiau, kad dėl sunkmečio Lietuvoje kalti tik eiliniai gyventojai. Verslininkų niekas nekaltina, valdžia juk irgi nekalta, tai kas kaltas? Gyventojai. Gobšuoliai!
O šiandien man atvipo žandikaulis BNS’e pamačius straipsniuką apie D. Grybauskaitės nuomonę dėl motinystės pašalpų. Cituoju: “…noriu tik vieną gražų pavyzdį jums pasakyti iš mano vizito Liuksemburge, turtingiausios Europos Sąjungos šalies, kur bendrasis vidaus produktas vienam gyventojui beveik 10 kartų didesnis negu Lietuvoje. Jie sprendė problemą, kaip nuo 6 mėnesių sumažinti iki 4. Mano atsakymas toks“.
Štai kaip. Kaip kirviu nukirsta. Na, kadangi mūsų buožiškos atostogos siekia 2 metus, turbūt, prezidentės nuomone, jas reikėtų sutrumpinti bent jau iki pusmečio. Paaugini vaiką 6 mėnesius ir… ir ką tada? Eini dirbt? Samdai auklę? Nedirbi ir miršti badu? Palieki vaiką valstybinėms įstaigoms? (haha, jau raitausi iš juoko, pas mus net darželių užtektinai nėra). Žodžiu, palieki visiškai nieko nesuvokiantį 6 mėnesių vaiką kažkam kažkur ir eini dirbt, nes dirbančios antrosios pusės algos neužtenka 3 žmonėms pamaitinti (minimaliai 3).
Aišku, gali bandyti išsilaikyti iš dar pusmetį mokamos bedarbio pašalpos ir vaiko pinigų, kurie, beje, mokami tik nepasiturinčioms šeimoms. Bet juk tokia greičiausiai ir tapsit, jei auginsit vaiką, o antroji pusė neturės gerai apmokamo darbo. Taigi, galėsite pretenduoti į… tadaaaam: apie 50 litų kas mėnesį :)))
Tai vat. Kadangi pati esu buvusi keliuose vizituose Liuksemburge, tiesa, senokai, bet šiek tiek žinau apie tai, kokie pinigėliai ten yra mokami vaikui. Motinystės pašalpa – pusmetis. Bet po to pusmečio sėkmingai galima nedirbti ir auginti vaiką toliau, nes tada gauni:
- Vaiko priežiūros pašalpą (2.8.3 punktas), kuri yra mokama nuo motinystės atostogų pabaigos iki kol vaikui sueina dveji metai.
- Nedarbo išmoką (2.6), kuri yra 85 proc. (auginantiems vaiką) ankstesnio atlyginimo ir mokama ne ilgiau nei 365 dienas per dvejus metus.
Dar radau kelerių metų senumo straipsnį apie išmokamus vaiko pinigus iki 18 metų, bet nežinau, ar atėjus sunkmečiui tie pinigai Liuksemburge vis dar yra mokami. Todėl neįtraukiu į pajamų šaltinius.
Taigi, gyveni skųsdamasis arba tiesiog neprisidarai vaikų. Oi ne, negerai ir taip – juk kas pensijoms uždirbs? Tada galima… emigruoti! Ai, taip irgi negerai, neliks šalyje gyventojų, nebus kam valdžios išlaikyti. Žodžiu, negerai vis ir negerai.

2010-07-02 14:38Dar gali kokioje netyčia paveldėtoje, ar geresniais laikais įsigytoje, kaimo bakūžėlėje bandyt gyvent. Morkytes sodint. Ožkytę melžt. Uogas grybus rinkt. Vaikus pati auklėt, kaip senovėj – prie žvakės mokyt savo senas knygas skaityti. Ir nieko iš niekur neprašyti. Ir tik nepamiršti PSD susimokėt. :)))
O šiaip tai jau visai juokinga :)

2010-07-02 15:57Man visai patiko mintis apie monarchiją vs demokratiją: monarchas gyvena iš tos gerovės, kurią (valdydamas) sukuria, taip pat žino ir tai, kad ir jo vaikai ir vaikaičiai gyvens iš tos pačios gerovės, kurią jis sukurs, todėl valdo atsakingai. (Tarkim) seimo narys – priešingai – yra (ir tai žino) išlaikomas kolektyviai kuriamos gerovės (ak, kolektyvinė atsakomybė) ir išlaikomas tik trumpą laiko tarpą – vieną kadenciją. Todėl atsakomybės (beveik) nejaučia ir stengiasi prisiplėšti per tą patį trumpą laiką kuo daugiau.

2010-07-03 13:09man tai keista, kaip jūs nesusiejat to kad “vaje, neuždirbu nieko, nėra iš ko išlaikyt vaikų” su “vaje, valstybė neturi pinigų didžiausiai pasaulyje prabangai”.
neuždirbat nieko, iš to nesumokami mokesčiai, iš to nėra kaip mokėt prabangių išmokų. o dar kai moka išmokas, gi tuo metu nedirbat ir neuždirbant nieko.
aišku, privatus verslas kaltina valstybę, kad vidutinis žmogus padaro mažiau naudingo darbo nei kitur (prieš visus mokesčius) – nes mat valstybė neišlavino, ar dar kas. biudžetininkai kaltina valstybę, kad ana jiems nemoka daugiau pinigų, matyt privatus verslas neuždirbo, ir vėl valstybė kalta.
liberaliom sąlygom mamos sukurtų poreikį geriems vaikų darželiams (nei auklė vienam vaikui, nei nedirbanti mama nesusilygins su ‘economy of scale’ :), ir pačios galėtų eit dirbt. o dabar gali tik eit piketuot.
žmogui reikia dešimt metų dirbt, kad susikauptų mokesčiai, kuriuos būtų galima skirti jos dviejų metų atostogoms – galima sakyt, kad atostogaut einančios mamos nemoka mokesčių dešimt metų, o tada dar nori visokių paslaugų iš valstybės.
aš atsiprašau, kad taip skaičiuoju, bet, deja, negalim sau leist prabangos neskaičiuot.

2010-07-03 14:06rado su kuo palyginti, ten tų atostogų visai gali nebūti, jei visi normaliai uždirba ir yra turtingi, tai pinigų stygiaus nepajus, turi santaupų, sutuoktinis normaliai uždirba ir t.t., o čia yra visai kitaip. Grybauskaitė šiaip ar taip nėra mūsų varganos šalies gyventoja, valdžiažmogiai net teoriškai menkai supranta žmonių gyvenimą ir lūkesčius. Tokios didelės atskirties dar turbūt nematė mūsų kraštas. Net ir anų laikų tikrieji didikai turbūt daugiau žinojo apie savo pavaldinių reikalus nei šitie apsišaukėliai.

arba jei jau valstybė neremia (dar remia, ramia, nesakau, kad visiškai nuimt), tai gal kruškitės kaip indijoj. kur socialinė garantija = tavo pagimdyti vaikai, kuo greičiau prigimdysi, tuo greičiau jie bus paauge šiek tiek, kad poto galėtų rūpintis tėvais.

2010-07-07 3:25Pritariu Deividui. Pats gyvenu JAV ir susiduriau su ta situacija. Dabar jeu net juokingai atrodo giminieciu klausinejimai “O kokias jus pasalpas galit gaut?”. Atsakymas – jokiu! Nera jokiu motinystes atostogu, ismoku ir pan. Ir gyvena zmones, vaikus gimdo, uzaugina juos. Man irgi gime dukra – ir nieko, sukames, auginam, nesiskundziam. Man tai paprasciausiai idomu, kur dingo zmoniu savigarba Lietuvoj – duok jiems pasalpas ir pan. Kas jas duos? Ta pati valdzia, kuri keikiama ant kiekvieno kampo? Mano kvailu supratimu, valdzia turi kuo maziau itakoti zmoniu gyvenima ir kuo maziau i ji kistis, bet atrodo, Lietuvoje dar teks sito ilgokai palaukti, kad taip ivyktu.

2010-07-07 11:42Juokingi kokie paskutiniai komentarai :) Įsikirto į tas pašalpas nesigilindami į situaciją apskritai. :) Niekas tų pašalpų gal ir neprašytų, jei valstybė bent jau gyvent netrukdytų. Va žmogus nenori kažkokios pašalpos (pvz bedarbio). Nežinia kodėl nenori. Gal tai jį žemina. Todėl neina į darbo biržą. O po to sužino, kad valstybei skolingas. Va mama nori prie savo 50 litų pašalpos prisidėt litų vaikui augint (iniciatyva vis tik!) – dirba pagal autorines sutartis. Bet valstybė nusprendžia, kad jai per daug bus pinigų ir atima tuos 50 litų. Nėra čia ko. Jei 200 užsidirbo, tegu dar pasistengia ir prisidės tuos atimtuosius. Ir taip visur. Didžiausias smagumas mūsų valstybėje tas, kad net jei tu ką nors apsukraus sugalvosi (super versliuką) tave pasistengs taip apdirbt (mokesčiai dar jo nepradėjus ir pan), kad nė nebenorėsi. Ar ir jūsų svajonių šalyje taip? Kaip ten toje Amerikoje, ar irgi žmonės, kurie gali ką nors sukurti ir patys be valstybės pagalbos išgyventi yra skatinami emigruoti? Labai skatinami? O ir šiaip, kodėl gi jūs esat ten, o ne šioje nuostabioje Lietuvoje? Brutalo, kodėl gi dukrelė ne čia auga?

2010-07-07 13:03O, pirmą kartą matau Salomėją šitaip :) Bet būtent ir pritariu – gyvenkite Lietuvoje, o tada pažiūrėsim, bus juokingi giminaičių klausinėjimai, ar ne. Jei žmogus Lietuvoje sumoka nežmoniškus mokesčius nuo visko, ką tik įmanoma apmokestinti, tai jis turi teisę reikalauti, kad kažką gautų ir iš valstybės tuo metu, kai jam reikia. Jei mokesčių nemokėčiau – atidėčiau tuos pinigus į šalį ir panaudočiau augindama vaiką, sirgdama ar pan. Tada ir skųstis nebūtų ko :)

2010-07-07 13:21:) Na aš ne pirmą kartą taip :) Man keista, kad išvažiavusieji taip… Tiesiog nesitiki, kad kažkas iškeliauja ten kur blogiau. Nu nesitiki ir viskas. O čia gyvenant nestebina pabambėjimai. Šast atsidariau prieš 3 min delfi, o ten pirmoji žinutė: “Ketinama nustatyti kiekvienam butui privalomą minimalų mokestį būsimiems remontams”. Ir taip KIEKVIENĄ DIENĄ. Svarbiausia, kad 2 iš 3 tų ketinamų mokesčių ir realizuoja. Ir ką :) Šypsokimės ir galvokime, kad TEN blogiau, ten nei pašalpų, nei bedarbių ir iš viso visi žmonės šypsosi šypsosi :) Vaikučius augina, po pasaulį keliauja ir nereikia jiems nei atostogų nei pinigų.

2010-07-07 18:27Sutinku su kritika – sunku isigilinti i situacija, kai negyveni salyje jau kokius 8 metus. Atsakysiu i klausima, kodel esu “ten” o ne Lietuvoje. Tiesiog pries 9 metus pasiseke laimet Zalia korta. Tuo metu baiginejau doktoranturos mokslus ir faktiskai turejau pasirinki egsistavima Lietuvoje ar bandyma kazka pradeti nuo nulio svetur. surizikavau ir iki siol nesigailiu. I daugeli dalyku pradejau ziureti visiskai kitaip pagyvenes JAV. Bet tai neidomu. Uzduosiu tik toki klausima – jei esate taip nepatenkinti situacija, kiek kartu kreipetes i savo apylinkeje isrinkta seimo nari? Taip skamba naivokai ir tikriausiai sukelia homeriska juoka tokie pasiulymai, bet manyciau, buten nuo to ir reikia pradeti. Ir ne vienai/vienam, bet suorganizuoti kelis draugus, pazistamus, siusti laiskus, emailus, galu gale skambinti – juk turi tie seimo nariai kazkokius priimamuosius. Manymas,
kad tai nieko nepakeis, manyciau, yra klaidingas. Bandykit buti isgirsti. Sekmes!

2010-07-08 18:24Labai įdomi diskusija. Gal tik nereiktų JAV lyginti si Europos šalimis arba pvz.: su Japonija. Skirtingos sąlygos verslui, gyvenimui ir t.t Kam čia skaičiuoti tas pašalpas, kiek kas gauna. Esmė, kad šeimos galėtų nenuskursdamos auginti bent po vieną ar du (tai jau prabanga) vaikelius. Ir nesvaičiokime apie visą pasaulio prabangą. Eina kalba apie elementarias sąlygas: kad nereiktų pirkti maistui pačių pigiausių “popierinių” dešrelių, kad neprarastum savigarbos, negalėdamas nusipirkti knygos ar koncerto bilieto, juolab susimokėti už gydymą (nebesapnuokim apie “nemokamą” mediciną). Bet juk Lietuvoje vidutiniškai uždirbantis pilietis, augindamas vaikus, atsiduria ties nuskurdimo riba. Pritariu Salomėjai – čia net verslo neįmanoma pradėti, nes tuoj skolingas valstybei liksi. Darbdaviai taip pat netaiko lanksčios darbo laiko sistemos, kap tai įprasta Vakarų Europos šalyse.
