Persikų arba nektarinų pyragas
2009-10-20Toks čia ir pyragas, kai sušlamšti vienu prisėdimu. Greičiau desertas. O kas geriausia – kai nusiperki visą dėžę persikų arba nektarinų ir jau matai, kad jie vysta, bet tu jų nesuvalgysi, tai pats geriausias būdas juos sunaudot. Receptas bene iš Oliverio, bet radau velniai žino kur ir nesu tuo įsitikinusi :)
Reikės:
maždaug 6 persikų arba nektarinų (kol kas naudojau tik nektarinus)
125 g cukraus
125 g miltų
125 g sviesto
2 kiaušinių
šiek tiek kepimo miltelių
poros saujelių demerara cukraus (būna dabar beveik visur pirkti)
vanilės ankšties, esencijos arba vanilinio cukraus (visada renkuosi esenciją)
Vaisius ketvirčiuokite. Pirmiausia perpjaukite išilgai aplink kauliuką, tada abi puses pasukite priešinga kryptimi ir liks tik iškrapštyt kauliuką iš vienos puselės bei perpjauti puses dar kartą. Sudėkite į keptuvę, įpilkite pora šaukštų vandens ir sudėkite demerara cukrų. Tada pakepkite, kol vaisiai suminkštės (bet neištiš), o iš cukraus, vandens ir sulčių gausis pasakiško kvapo sirupas. Ištepkite riebalais kepimo skardą, šiek tiek pamiltuokite iš išdėliokite dugne vaisius. Apliekite šiek tiek tuo sirupu. Man vaisiai padengia visą dugną, bet tai nėra būtina.
Ištirpinkite sviestą, sumaišykite jį su kiaušiniais ir cukrumi. Tada dėkite miltus, šaukščiuką kepimo miltelių. Aš dar įpilu sirupo, jei lieka, bet dažniausiai aš jį suvalgau :) Viską gerai išmaišykite ir supilkite tolygiai ant vaisių. Viršų dar galima pabarstyti trupučiu demeraros cukraus. Dėkite į 180 laipsnių įkaitintą orkaitę ir kepkite apie 45 minutes. Paprastai iškepa laiku, jei ne – sumažinkite temperatūrą iki 160-150 ir pakepkite dar truputėlį. Skanumas neapsakomas :) Ir kažkaip vis suvalgom nespėję nufotografuot normaliai… Čia nuvogiau iš brangiausiojo porciją:
