2013-03-28Kodėl nusipirkau šitą knygą? Ogi dėl anotacijos ir pagyrų. Dar ir dėl nostalgijos. 1996 metais buvau dar tik į paauglę virstanti mergaitė, bet peidžerius, telefonus-plytas ir kasetes prisimenu puikiai. Deja, buvo patenkintas tik prisiminimų apie tuos laikus poreikis, o iš pačios knygos tai toks pšššš… Ne veltui tie, kurie labiausiai ją gyrė, tuo pačiu yra ir prisipažinę, kad nedaug tų knygų teskaito :)

Lietuviai. Labai bijojau, kad knyga nebūtų a la Malūkas. Ne, taip blogai tikrai nebuvo. Bet jei lygintume su kitais lietuviais, pvz., Sabaliauskaite ar tuo pačiu Tapinu, nors žanrai visų trijų skirtingi, šiuos du drąsiai rekomenduočiau užsieniečiui, o štai Žilinsko knygos – ne. Rašytojas išvengė daugumai lietuvių būdingų pasigraudenimų, bet vietoj jų radau tiek daug nereikalingų palyginimų ir tokių pagalvojimų, kokių turbūt nė vieno piliečio makaulėj nerastum. Na, pvz., ką galvoja mergina, apsivilkusi “švelnų, lengvos itališkos moheros ryškiai oranžinį megztuką“: “Jeigu čia viskas taip pilka, aptriušę ir nemiela, tebūsiu aš pati saulytė. Hmmm… O juk “dėdė Vladas” mane taip ir vadindavo – “Rasyte saulyte”, nors man taip norėjosi, kad tartų tvirtą ir gaivų – “Rasa”. Mėgau savo vardą – juk maža pasaulyje tobulesnių dalykų už rytinį vandens lašą, blizgantį ant lapų“. Nu kaip, jau įsivaizduojate rasos lašelį? Aš tai ne, mane šiek tiek supykino. Knygoje tokių banalybių ojojoj kiek.
Detektyvas. Pati idėja tai visai nebloga. Tokia, sakyčiau Hoeg’o stiliaus (idėja, ne knyga!). Blogiečiai ir geriečiai tik keičiasi vietom, tik persekioja, tik grasina. Ir merginos sugebėjimai neblogai sugalvoti bei pati visa istorija su KGB. Žodžiu, idėja gera, skaitosi lengvai, tik apipavidalinimas nekoks.
1996 m. Knygoje labai daug faktų iš tų metų – automobiliai, banditai, bizniukai, Gariūnai, telefonai, apranga, interjeras, telefonai ir viskas taip smulkiai smulkiai. Deja, pvz., kasečių palyginimai labai ne vietoje :) Turbūt pakartosiu daugumą, bet viršelis tai superinis. Vien dėl jo knygą vertą turėti. Kas gyvai nematė, tai ta kasetė ne nupiešta – viršelis dvigubas, su skylėmis – atrodo kaip tikra. Primena, kaip kasetes nuomodavomės ir per vidiaką žiūrėdavom :)

2013-03-29 9:38Aš gal ne toks išrankus, tai man patiko, nors kai kurias vietas tiesiog praleisdavau. Net norėtųsi pamatyti šios istorijos ekranizaciją. Skaičiau elektroninę versiją, todėl panorau pamatyti spausdintą versiją. Reikės knygynan užeit :)
