Haruki Murakami “Negailestinga stebuklų šalis ir Pasaulio galas”
2007-08-07Kaip sako mano kolegė, Haruki Murakami “knygos yra apie nieką, bet vis tiek traukia”. Perskaičiau tik dvi šio autoriaus knygas ir dar negaliu susidaryti konkrečios nuomonės, tačiau pripažinsiu – knygos tikrai traukia. “Negailestinga stebuklų šalis ir Pasaulio galas” nuo vidurio įsuko mane tarsi į įdomų filmą.
Svarbiausia tai, kad net perskaičius atomazgą, vis dar lieka neaišku, kaip baigsis knyga. Man tai – vienas svarbesnių knygos kriterijų. Labai neįdomu, kai knygoje vyksta veiksmas, kurio atomazga tampa aiški jau po 10 puslapio. Tokie būna šiuolaikiniai detektyvai, romanai arba knygos, kurių didžiausia vertė – viršelis.
Kai kur randu atsiliepimų, kad H. Murakami knygos – šizofreniškos (gerąja prasme). Gal tai ir tiesa. Knygoje daug mįslių, daug neįtikėtinų sprendimų ir posūkių. Tačiau “Pasaulio gale” pastebėjau vieną vietą, kuri man priminė per prievartą statomą Holivudinį filmą. Knygos herojaus butas buvo visiškai nuniokotas. Jam grįžus po paros klaidžiojimo požemiuose, butas randamas sutvarkytas. Tiesiog scenarijuje labai reikėjo, kad butas staiga susitvarkytų. Taigi, šis geranoriškas darbas buvo primestas merginai, herojaus simpatijai. Visgi atsirado nesutapimų. Jeigu knygos pradžioje buvo rašyta, kad išverstos buto durys yra storos ir sunkios, kaip trapi bibliotekininkė jas galėjo atremti į staktą?
Jei ne ši vieta, knygai neturėčiau jokių priekaištų. Ne veltui sakoma, kad H. Murakami pretenduoja į Nobelio premiją. Iš tiesų – knygos ne tik gerai skaitomos (kaip kokio Dano Browno), bet ir verčia pamąstyti. Įdomu, kodėl pagal jas nekuriami filmai? Žinoma, autoriaus vietoje niekada nepatikėčiau tokių teisų amerikiečiams. Japonų filmas pagal japonišką knygą būtu idealus
Dabar imsiuos “Avies medžioklės“. Žinoma, labai kvaila ją skaityti jau perskaičius “Dansu dansu dansu“, tačiau bus proga prie pastarosios grįžti antrą kartą. Tuo labiau, kad skaičiau ją prieš kokius penkerius metus ir prisimenu tik nuotrupas.

2007-11-16 21:27Dėl filmų. Vienas tikrai yra. “Tony Takitani”. Nežinau, kodėl nėra filmų pagal žinomiausius ir perkamiausius rašytojus, bet dėl to labai džiaugiuosi. Kinas ir literatūra yra du skirtingi dalykai: gera literatūra negarantuoja gero kino, o geras kinas gali būti sukurtas iš visiško literatūrinio šūdo. Tai tik iš pažiūros, labai paviršutiniškos, atrodo panašūs meno barai. Išties filmas nėra labiau susijęs su literatūra nei, tarkim, tapyba. Tiesiog kuriantys filmus, reikia pažymėti, yra tingūs iš prigimties (čia labai rimta pastaba!). Tik iš pirmo žvilgsnio (klaidingo!) gali susidaryti, jog H.Murakamio tekstai ideali medžiaga scenaristams ir aptingusiems filmų kūrėjams. Kad ir tą pačią “Negailestingą stebuklų šalį ir Pasaulio galą” pritaikyti kino filmui prireiktų nemažesnio kino genijaus, koks yra H.Murakamis literatūroje. Ir nors pats knygos autorius pripažino, kad kūrinys buvo kurtas, besivadovaujant tam tikra holivudiškojo “hard-boiled” struktūra, tačiau nei siužetas, nei tapybiškumas nėra (aišku, kaip dedamoji jie yra svarbūs ir neatskiriami nuo visumos) kūrinio šerdis. Kita vertus, logiškas veiksmų eigos rutuliojimasis (Jūs suabejojote, liaunos bibliotikeninkės jėgomis)dar mažiau svarbus H.Marukio kūryboje. Iš tikro viskas vyksta ne apčiuopiamo, paliečiamo pasaulio erdvėje.
